    Program faculty bring real-world wisdom to the classroom—like award-winning principal and leadership development expert Ramon Gonzalez, EdD. Dr. Gonzalez is known for his innovative community literacy program, community school model, job training, guaranteed employment opportunities, and more. He served as the former president of the NYC Middle School Principal Association, VP of the NYC Council of Supervisors and Administrators, and serves on the executive board of the NY State Association of Latino Administrators and Supervisors.

An assistant principal at Brooke East Boston, Cinique Weekes-Bynoe (’23) expanded his influence, serving on the boards of several educational nonprofits. He has also used his knowledge and experience to train Greater Boston teachers in teacher leadership development.
